Abstract

This research aims to design a user-friendly information system for Dzagyra Steam Car & Bike Wash, facilitating registration, data management, and tracking processes integrated with a database for more efficient and consistent data storage. Furthermore, the system is programmed to provide estimated wait times, allowing customers to manage their time more effectively. This study employs Agile methodologies, emphasizing adaptability and collaboration in software development. The process comprises several phases: Planning, Requirements Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Review and Demo, and Adjustment (Retrospective). The proposed system aims to minimize deficiencies and enhance efficiency in transaction data management, with integrated data processing stored in a comprehensive database. This research contributes to the field by demonstrating an effective approach to developing information systems for MSMEs, providing insights for future research on system scalability and adaptability.
