Abstract

This research aims to develop a management information system (SIM) for the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Subang Regency to overcome the limitations of data management and operations which are still manual and poorly integrated. Agile methodology was used in this development, including requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, and implementation. The result is a website that allows PMI to manage personal data, volunteers and activities more efficiently and in an integrated manner. The main objective of this website is to improve operational efficiency, service quality and coordination between PMI departments, as well as facilitating access to information for the community, volunteers and stakeholders. Research methods involve interviews with stakeholders, data collection, and modeling of management functions. Input from employees and volunteers ensures that the system developed meets actual needs. Response to urgent community needs has also improved, enabling faster data management and more accurate analysis. Overall, this research contributes to the development of information technology for humanitarian organizations and can be a reference for similar organizations. It is hoped that this well-designed system can ease the tasks of existing employees and volunteers so that PMI Kab data management can be carried out. Subang can be stored and recorded effectively, neatly and functionally.
