This research aims to provide an explanation of the grombyang e-commerce website system information in the form of both an overview and a detailed and thorough explanation. This can make it easier for developers to design and implement effective and efficient solutions. In addition to users and device developers, this document can be used by other related parties, such as project managers, system analysts, and security, to understand the objectives, limitations, and system requirements that must be met. In addition, this document serves as a guideline for software development as well as an important reference to ensure that the project runs well overall. With this journal, it is expected that software development becomes more focused and directed and does not cause ambiguity for the developer. This research uses qualitative, experimental, descriptive, case study data collection methods and applies Rapid Application Development (RAD) and Agile SDLC methods in the process of designing and building the system. The system design annotation technique uses Unifi ed Modelling Language (UML) which functions to describe the structure, behaviour, and interactions in the system. The results showed that the Grombyang e-commerce website system designed and developed using Agile and R&D methods proved to be effective and efficient in facilitating buying and selling transactions of electronic goods. This is evidenced by a significant increase in the number of users, transactions, and business profits after the implementation of the system. The study also found that the features that users liked the most were ease of navigation, speed of access, transaction security, and friendly customer service. These findings suggest that an effective and efficient e-commerce website system should have complete and easy-to-use features. Based on these findings, it is recommended to e-commerce developers and business owners to use Agile and R&D methods in developing their website systems. This research also makes a new contribution by analysing the business processes and business actors in the Grombyang e-commerce system. The results of this analysis can be used as a reference for other e-commerce developers and business owners to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their systems.
