Abstract
Barbershops in Subang Regency are rapidly growing due to significant fashion and lifestyle trends. The increasing number of men wanting to express themselves through hairstyles has raised the demand for barbershop services. This business appeals to young entrepreneurs due to its affordable capital and promising income potential. To adapt to market changes, we plan to add a franchise feature, providing guidance and support to franchise owners in marketing, management, and service quality improvement. This research uses the Agile method, involving the stages of Plan, Design, Develop, and Test. We also developed a web-based information system for the MicroEye barbershop and franchise services, aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency, as well as addressing queue issues. With this technology, barbershops can reach more customers, strengthen interactions, and offer broader services. The project aims to strengthen customer relationships, increase business competitiveness, and provide memorable experiences while facing future challenges in a continuously evolving industry.
