<p>BUMDes Mukti Raharja merupakan Badan Usaha milik desa yang berada di Kampung Cibitung, Desa Cupunagara, Kecamatan Cisalak, Kabupaten Subang yang mengelola suatu cafe dan proses kopi (<em>pulping, hulling,</em>dan<em> roasting</em>), cascara (kulit kopi) dan madu hutan. Dalam menjalankan pertanian dan produksinya, BUMDes Mukti Raharja memiliki mesin pulper kopi yang salah satunya merupakan hasil hibah dari PRTTG BRIN Subang dengan kapasitas 200 kg/jam yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengupasan biji kopi ceri. Namun mesin tersebut mengalami kerusakan karena tidak adanya pemeliharaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemeliharaan mesin pulper kopi dengan menggunakan metode ismo dan buku panduan (<em>manual book</em>) pada mesin pulper kopi. Tahapan yang dilalui meliputi pengumpulan data, penyusunan <em>manual book</em> dan jadwal pemeliharaan, validasi jadwal pemeliharaan, dan penerapan jadwal pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian berupa jadwal pemeliharaan preventif pada mesin pulper kopi yang dilakukan dengan metode ISMO, dengan perawatan komponen pada mesin pulper kopi meliputi pengecekan komponen motor penggerak, hopper, bearing, pulley, v-belt, sprocket, rantai, pembersihan silinder masukan, pisau pengupas, rangka, mor dan baut, serta output pembuangan. Hasil kalkulasi waktu pemeliharaan yang dibutuhkan dalam setahun dalam pemeliharaan preventive mesin pulper kopi yaitu inspeksi (984 menit), dan small repair (204 menit) selama satu tahun. Selain itu dihasilkan output berupa manual book pemeliharaan pada mesin pulper kopi.</p> <p><em>BUMDes Mukti Raharja is a village-owned enterprise located in Kampung Cibitung, Cupunagara Village, Cisalak District, Subang Regency which manages a cafe and coffee process (pulping,hulling , and roasting), cascara (coffee skin) and forest honey. In running the farm and production, BUMDes Mukti Raharja has a coffee pulper machine, one of which is the result of a grant from PRTTG BRIN Subang with a capacity of 200 kg/hour which is used to peel cherry Coffee Beans. However, the machine was damaged due to lack of maintenance. This research aims to maintain coffee pulper machines using the ISMO method and a manual book for coffee pulper machines. The stages involved include data collection, preparation of a manual book and maintenance schedule, validation of the maintenance schedule, and implementation of the maintenance schedule. The result of preventive maintenance schedule on the coffee pulper machine is done by ISMO method, with component maintenance on the coffee pulper machine includes checking the components of the drive motor, hopper, bearing, pulley, v-belt, sprocket, chain,, cleaning the input cylinder, paring knife, frame, mor and Bolt, and discharge output. The results of the calculation of the maintenance time required in a year in preventive maintenance of coffee pulper machines are inspection (984 minutes), and small repair (204 minutes) along one year. In addition, the results obtained from the manual book (manual book) maintenance on the coffee pulper machine.</em></p>
